Características principales

The JUMO TYA 201 represents the consistent development of the JUMO power controller technology. The microprocessor-controlled power controller shows all parameters in a LCD display with background lighting and is operated by 4 keys at the front. SCR power controllers are used where larger resistive and inductive loads have to be switched (e.g. in industrial kiln construction and plastics processing). The SCR power controller consists of two SCRs connected in anti-parallel, the insulted cooling body, and the control electronics. Thyristor (SCR) power controllers up to a load current of 100 A can be either clipped to a 35 mm mounting rail or fitted to the wall on a mounting plate. Devices that are larger than 100 A load current can only be connected to the wall. Depending on the configuration in the setup program, the SCR power controllers - in generalized phase mode - work with adjustable current limiting or in burst-firing mode. In burst firing mode, the phase angle of the first half-wave can be cut so that transformer loads can also be operated. During the control process, mains voltage fluctuations do not affect the unit to be controlled. Available subordinate control loops are U, U2, I, I2, or P- control. The option of specifying a base load is available. In the phase control mode, the default phase angle of the controller is slowly reached, starting at 180 degrees to avoid high starting or inrush currents (softstart). The SCR power controllers are in accordance with VDE 0160 5.5.1.3 (5/88) and VDE 0106 Part 100 (3/83). Grounding is required in conformity with the regulations of the responsible energy utility company.
