Características principales
The JUMO TB/TW is a freely programmable limiter/monitor. The universal measuring input is freely configurable for RTD temperature probes, thermocouples, and current and voltage signals. TB and TW monitor thermal processes in the plant for a set limit value. If this value is exceeded, the installed relay switches the plant to a safe operating state and the LED "K1" switches from green to red. In the case of the temperature limiter (TB), when the plant returns to the valid range the "Reset" key must be pushed with an appropriate tool to unlock it manually. The temperature monitor (TW), on the other hand, automatically resets without external influence. A DC 24 V/20 mA binary output can issue a pre-alarm for an adjustable temperature prior to reaching the limit value. The pre-alarm can be additionally displayed by the "KV" LED. TB and TW are mounted on DIN rails and wired via screw terminals with a conductor cross-section of max. 2.5 mm2. A setup program is available for configuration.
