LSAW STEEL PIPE

Allland Steel specializes in manufacturing high-quality LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding) steel pipes for the global market. We utilize advanced JCOE forming technology to produce large-diameter pipes ranging from 406mm to 1524mm (16" – 60"), with heavy wall thickness capabilities up to 60mm. Our LSAW pipes are strictly manufactured in accordance with international standards including API 5L (PSL1/PSL2) . Featuring excellent roundness and high weld integrity, Allland’s pipes offer superior dimensional accuracy and reliable weld integrity. We provide customized lengths up to 18m and professional anti-corrosion coatings (3LPE, FBE) to ensure a 50-year service life.

SSAW STEEL PIPE

SSAW steel pipe is carefully crafted from high quality hot rolled steel coils using advanced spiral forming and submerged arc welding technology. Its unique spiral weld design provides excellent pressure-bearing capacity and overall structural strength, making it particularly suitable for large-diameter, high-pressure transmission applications. Our submerged arc welded steel pipes are available in a wide range of specifications, with high production efficiency and cost-effectiveness. They are widely used in oil and gas transmission pipelines, water conservancy projects, municipal pipeline networks, building structural piles, bridge construction and various fluid transportation projects. Strict adherence to international standards (e.g. API 5L, ASTM A252, EN 10219) ensures stable and reliable product performance and meets the stringent requirements of customers worldwide.

FBE STEEL PIPE

FBE Steel Pipe is a corrosion-protected pipe with a thermosetting polymer layer applied through electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing (typically 200-250°C). The coating forms a chemically bonded, impermeable barrier with excellent adhesion, impact resistance, and cathodic disbondment resistance. Widely used in oil/gas transmission, water pipelines, and chemical industries, FBE coating extends service life to over 30 years under harsh environments (e.g., soil, seawater).

3LPE STEEL PIPE

3LPE steel pipe is a special anticorrosion structure for buried pipelines with three layers of materials sequentially coated on the outer wall of the pipe: the bottom layer is fusion bonded epoxy powder (FBE), which provides excellent adhesion and cathodic stripping protection; the middle layer is a copolymer adhesive, which ensures inter-layer adhesion; and the outermost layer is extruded-coated high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which provides excellent mechanical protection, impact resistance, and anti-soil stress performance. This composite structure greatly enhances the long-term corrosion resistance of the pipe in harsh environments.
